The future of Wainwright House and residential Milton Point from the intersection of Milton Road and Stuyvesant Avenue down to the private clubs at the southern end of Rye is very much in the balance.

Recent One Car Accident on Stuyvesant Avenue - Driver was associated with the Netflix filming at Wainwright

See attached traffic study done in 2013 for a speed limit reduction.  Showed 3000 cars a day during the summer on a road with no sidewalks or shoulder.    In October 2021 there was a serious one car accident on Stuyvesant Avenue just south of the Wainwright House.  (Picture is not Stuyvesant Avenue)
